RPU_PSPABR_RET_DISPLAY - Retirement eligibility display

Purpose

You use this report to do the following:

• Display results of retirement eligibility calculation generated by the Retirement eligibility calculation (RPU_PSPABR_RET_CALC) report.

• Manually enter retirement eligibility calculation results.

Selection

In addition to the standard selection criteria, the selection screen of the report contains the following fields:

• Retirement rule ID: Select one or more retirement rules, as implemented in Customizing activity Define retirement eligibility rules.

• Reference date: Determines the date for which the report calculates the retirement eligibility. This means that the report reads the infotype records valid on and before that particular date.

• Display only last version

• Report variant: Determines the layout of the report's output. The output of the report is in ALV (Advanced List Viewer) format. If you leave this field blank, the system uses the standard layout ('01SAP'). If you want to use a customer-specific layout, execute the report. From the output screen, create a new variant, and save it. The next time you execute the report, the new variant will be available in the entry help of this field.

Output

The report displays retirement eligibility calculation results generated by the Retirement eligibility calculation (RPU_PSPABR_RET_CALC) report. In the Input modecolumn, you see the value "Calculated".

You can create manual entries by selecting a line and choosing the Add manual entrypushbutton. These manual entries take precedence over the calculated entries.

Manual entries are also displayed on the output screen of the report. In the Input modecolumn, you see the value "Manual".
