Description
This report checks to what extent employees working for incentive wages scheme should be assigned to a different master wage group for the following payroll period.
Time tickets from individual and group incentive wages are evaluated for the respective payroll period. The total time worked by each wage group is determined, and a percentage rate is calculated which represents the individual employee's share of the total work.
You can then ascertain for which wage group the employee has done the most work. If this wage group is above the master one and the percentage rate is higher than the minimum percentage rate for upgrading, an appropriate message is issued for the employee. The procedure is the same if the wage group is below the master one. If neither is the case, but the employee has worked more than 50 % of the time in the wage group above or below his master one, this is indicated with the message "Downgrade possible" or "Upgrade possible."
The wage type selection criterion allows you to restrict the time tickets which are evaluated. The system only evaluates time tickets with a wage type meeting the criterion.
