RPXKGOD0 - Child Allowance Statistics (as of 2019)

Purpose

This report creates child allowance statistics in the XML version that is required as of 2019.

Prerequisites

To allow the amounts included in the reporting data to be determined, payroll must have been run for the period to be evaluated.

Features

The report creates child allowance statistics in accordance with Sec. 4 StStatG on a monthly basis. The data is taken from the personnel master data, in particular data from infotypes 0021 (Family/Dependents) and 0118 (Child Allowance). The amounts are determined by evaluating the payroll results. You can use BAdI HRPAYDE_KGSTAT_B_BETRAEGE to ass additional information that is not included in the standard SAP system to the amount fields.

Selection

The following blocks are included in the selection screen in addition to the usual fields from the logical database:

Reporting Period

Month, Year

The period of the evaluation is set in these fields. In the standard SAP system, the report suggests the period in which the current system date lies. This period is also suggested in the first block for the person selection period.

If hidden parameter DYN_PER is set to value 'X', the fields month and year are derived from the start date of the person selection period. This means that it is possible to dynamically fill the fields in the case of automatic job scheduling.

Delivery number

The delivery number is part of the File ID and, therefore, the name of the file created.

General Program Control

Grouping of personnel areas

You can use a feature (SAP template: DZUBT) to group together the personnel area and subareas for the notification.

Data of child allowance recipient

If this field is selected, the report creates a complete protocol log with the reporting data even if the processing is done in the background. This field does not have any influence on the report output in dialog mode.

Platform

Application server

For this option, generated reporting data in saved on the application server in the directory set up using Customizing.

Work Center (PC)

If you choose the file generation on the work center computer, a new input field opens where you can enter the file directory for storage.
