Purpose

This report provides you information about your current SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system settings and helps you to identify configuration issues. It offers a selection of checks clustered into different areas. Additionally, you can change incorrect values in the system.

How to use the output:

  • Some of the Check or Report Descriptions provide further information on the expected value which are mentioned in brackets, for example (Must be on.)
  • In the Infocolumn double-click the i-button and the respective section of the implementation guide will be displayed.
  • The Check column can have the following statuses:
  • Green: No further action is required.

  • Yellow: Please check this setting and decide if further steps might be required.

  • Red: Action is required. Please compare the required status and the value.

  • Execution button: If you double-click, the respective report will open.

  • If the value of the check is not set correctly, you can change it by selecting the respective button in the Editcolumn. It depends on the check how the correction is done: Either the correction is done directly or it is done by using a different application.
  • The Current Value column displays:
  • Information identified by the check, for example name of the connected Employee Central system.

  • " " displays the current value.

  • On / Off: Activation mode of the current setting. Examples:
    "Setting of Switch for Department" -> Off means that T77S0 switch is initial.
    "Setting of Transport Switch for HR Objects" -> Off means that T77S0 switch is "X".

  • You can use the Get Country button to select additional countries for which the relevant check are displayed.
