RP_HRSFEC_DEL_ACCTMAP_NOLINK - Deleting ACCTMAP-records Not Linked to Infotype 2006 records

Purpose

Important note before executing the report - This report has been developed only for Product Support and is not generally available for customers.

You use report RP_HRSFEC_DEL_ACCTMAP_NOLINK to clean up table HRSFEC_D_ACCTMAP, that is, delete all records that are not linked to Time Management infotype records.

Selection

You can restrict the records in table HRSFEC_D_ACCTMAP to be deleted using the following parameters:

• Personnel number

• Infotype

• Subtype

Mark the checkbox Test to run the report in test mode. In this case, the records are not deleted from the database.

Note that this flag is only relevant when you run the report in batch mode.

Output

The report outputs a detailed view of the records from table HRSFEC_D_ACCTMAP that are not linked to Time Management infotypes records. Choose Delete Records to delete the selected records.

If you execute the report in batch mode, its output consists only of a summarized view of the records from table HRSFEC_D_ACCTMAP.
