Purpose

During the replication from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll, an employee was never replicated successfully. He/she does not have any data in the employee key mapping table, but some replication status-relevant data is left in the system.

You use this report to check and delete obsolete replication objects like replication status, replication status messages, replication exceptions and replication confirmations for external employee ID.

Integration

Prerequisites

If you want to delete the objects, you need the corresponding authorization for the following tables:

  • HRSFEC_D_REPSTAT
  • HRSFEC_D_REPSMSG
  • HRSFEC_D_EE_QUAR
  • HRSFEC_D_REPLEXC
  • HRSFEC_D_CONFIRM

Features

Selection

The selection options are as follows:

  • Choose Employee Master Data and External Employee IDto find a selected employee for the Employee master data replication replication content type.
  • Choose Employee Time Data, Replication Content Type and User Id to find a selected employee for replication content types other than the Employee Master Data Replication content type.

To find all employees, leave all fields empty.

Standard Variants

Output

  • Test mode active: A list of External Employee IDs is displayed.
  • Test Mode inactive: The records are deleted permanently and a list of the External Employee IDs is displayed.
