RP_HRSFEC_JOB_POS_REPL - Import Jobs, Positions and Org. Units from Employee Central

Purpose
You use the
- Importing all the Employee Central job, position and org. unit master data from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll.
- Checking, if values are missing or incorrect and correct those entries.
You can execute this report either by using the Automatedrun (recommended) or the Manual run.
Note:
We recommend you to run the report once a week and, if needed, after every bigger organizational change. Running the report every five minutes however, might cause issues.
The texts are stored in standard tables. Therefore, the text length is limited to maximum 25 characters. You cannot change this length. If you exceed the maximum length of 25 characters the texts get truncated.
Integration
Prerequisites
- Organizational Management Integration is not enabled.
- If you want to replicate Org. Units you have to set the switch for group SFEC and semantic abbreviation OURPL accordingly.
- Only if you want to use external numbering for Jobs, Positions and Org. Units: Set the switch for group SFEC and semantic abbreviation EXJPO.
Selection
Depending on how you run the report, following steps are needed.
- Automated run (recommended)
- Run the report in the background and schedule it regularly. If you have multiple languages create one variant for each language and schedule a background job for each variant.
- Manual run
- Run the report for each language separately.
