Purpose

You use this report to search and display the replication status of employees replicated from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll. You can run this report using the HRSFEC_REPL_STATUS transaction.

Note
We recommend that you copy template role SAP_HR_EC_EEMDR_STATUS_MONITOR for users using this tool.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

You can use the following selection criteria:

Replication Country

External ID

Replication Status

Replication Time.

If you enter an External Employee ID or a Personnel Number, the search uses only selection criteria for External Employee ID and Replication Country.

If you leave the External Employee ID and the Personnel Number fields empty, the search uses selection criteria for Replication Country, Replication Status and Replication Time. Note that the replication time corresponds to the processing time displayed in the Replication Package field and its default value is Last 24 hours. The default value for the Replication Status is Failed.

Mark the Result with Log Messages checkbox to include all log messages for the replication status in the output. If the checkbox is unmarked, you get a basic overview of the replication status.

Compound API messages are available as XML files. You can expand or collapse XML tags of type nodes. If you want to display the compound API messages as table, you must activate the accessibility mode in the SAP Gui options or use the WebGUI to enable the F2key or the double-click feature. Once enabled, you can toggle between a collapsed and expanded XML view of the node content. Use the table toolbar to expand and collapse all XML nodes.
