RP_HRSFEC_REPL_STATUS_LOGS - Display Replication Status with Logs

Purpose
This report is used to search and display the replication status of employees replicated to Employee Central Payroll from Employee Central.

Features
Selection
You can use Replication Country, External ID, Replication Status and Time as selection criteria.
If you enter an External Employee ID, the search uses only selection criteria for External Employee ID and Replication Country.
If you leave the External Employee ID empty, the search uses selection criteria for Replication Country, Replication Status and Replication Time.
Replication Time is the processing time of the last inbound message.
By default, Replication Status is set to "Failed" and Replication Time is set to "Last 24 hours".
Standard Variants
Output
The result list contains the following columns by default:
- External Employee ID
- ISO code: replication country
- Status: replication status
- Start Date and Time of Current Replication
- End Date and Time of Current Replication
- Message ID of Current Replication
- End Date and Time of Last Successful Replication: the latest successful replication
- Message ID of Last Successful Replication
- End Date and Time of First Failed Replication: the first failed replication since last successful
- Message ID of First Failed Replication
- Number of Failed Attempts: the number of failed attempts is cleared when next replication is successful
Use the Change Layout function in the toolbar to display the UUID and Replication Content Type Columns.
To trigger replication for an employee, choose the respective line and press "Replicate Employee Again".
To navigate to "Web Service Utilities: Message Monitor" (SRTUTIL), choose the respective line and press "Navigate to WebService Utilities".
Activities
By clicking the Message ID of Current Replication, Last Successful Replication, or First Failed Replication, the respective Compound Employee API message is shown.
- By pressing "Simulate", you can simulate processing of the Compound Employee API message. Messages that come up are displayed in the "Simulation Result" view. Note that the Simulation button is only then visible when applicable. Simulation is applicable when current replication has failed and you have the appropriate authorizations.
- By pressing "Download Employee Data", you can download a zip file of the Compound Employee API message, the payload xml file, and the current application log.
- By pressing "Download Compound API Message", you can download the Compound Employee API Message as it is displayed.
By double clicking on a field besides the Message ID fields, the application logs of the employee are displayed. The time range of the Application Log covers the time of the current replication.
The "Simulation Result" view shows the messages resulting from Simulation, a high-level comparison log of changed infotypes, and a comparison log of the respective infotype fields. In the "Messages from Simulation" section, double-click a line to display the respective results in the "Changes to Infotypes" section.
In the "Messages from Simulation" section you can access the long text of a message by double-clicking the question mark icon in the "Long Text" column (if available).
