Purpose

Use this report to:

Make the terminated Employee Central (EC) employee's employment status active by deleting their termination information from HR Master Record: Infotype 0000 (Actions) (IT0000) in Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Submit the employee record to the Termination Organiser to complete the termination process.

Add back the deleted termination information in IT0000 for employees who could not be successfully terminated through the Termination Organiser.

Selection

• Simulate/Update?

Choose simulation or updation mode.

• Simulate for active employees, to simulate the outcome of the report, that is, display information about termination payments, for active employees

• Update for inactive employees, to actually update the Additional Payments (IT0015) infotype records of inactive employees with information about termination payments

• Employee Selection

Information about terminated EC employees whose records have been replicated to ECP and need to be sent to the Termination Organiser to complete their termination procedure that includes applicable payments.

• Employees replicated from date, to specify that employees replicated from EC to ECP starting from which date onwards are to be processed

• Personnel Number, to select the employees with Personnel Number to process from those meeting the previous date parameter

• Person Id,to select the employees with Person Identification Number to process from those meeting the previous date parameter

• Default Termination Parameters

Values in the fields of this section appear by default from the first employee record selected in the Employee Selection section above. These fields cannot be edited for the Update mode.

• Action Type, the type of termination action, such as Terminate or Leaving

• Reason for Action, the reason for the termination action, such as Retired, Retrenched, or as defined by the employer

• Termination Date, the date of termination

Output

The following feedback is displayed on clicking Back after executing the report:

• Number of employees selected

Employees specified for processing from the selection screen of the report

• Number of employees processed

Employees actually processed by this report and sent to Termination Organiser out of the total selected employees

• Number of employees processed successfully

Employees processed and terminated successfully in Termination Organiser out of the total employees submitted by this report

• List of employees not sent to Termination Organiser

Employees that could not be processed by this report and sent to Termination Organiser out of the total selected employees

• List of employees not processed in Termination Organiser

Employees that could not be processed or terminated successfully in Termination Organiser out of the total employees submitted by this report

• List of unprocessed employees whose infotype 0000 is not reverted

Employees whose infotype 0000 could not be reverted to old state by adding back the termination information obtained from EC, after they could not be processed/terminated in Termination Organiser

Activities

1. If you want to process only such employees whose records were replicated from EC to ECP from a certain starting date onwards, in Employees replicated from date select that date.
2. In the search help of Personnel Number, select one or more employees to process.

Note:

• All terminated employees till last year are displayed in the search help if no start date is selected and Update mode is selected. Otherwise only those employees whose records meet the date parameter are displayed.

• Select only employees with the same action type, reason for action and termination date for the report to execute successfully.

1. Click Execute.

You will be redirected to the Termination Organiser where you can terminate or simulate termination for the selected employees. For information on how to do this, see Termination Organiser Australia (RPCTO1Q0).
