Purpose

Important note before executing the report – This report has been developed only for Product Support and is not generally available for customers.

You use this report to compare absences stored in Employee Central and replicated to infotype 2001 in Employee Central Payroll in order to detect differences between both systems.

Integration

The program retrieves the Employee Time objects from Employee Central and applies the mapping logic used during the replication process to map data to a structure of infotype IT 2001. In the context of quota deductions the Employee Time is also mapped to a table with line structure PTQUODED. The comparison is then performed with the mapped data of Employee Central and with the replicated data stored in the infotype.

Prerequisites

Make sure that all employee time data is replicated to IT 2001, that is, entries are available in table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP because the selection of this report is based on table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP.

Features

Selection

  1. Specify user IDs or personnel numbers for whom Employee Time and IT 2001 are to be compared. Thereby, enter an explicit list of user IDs or personnel numbers. It is not possible to specify ranges of user IDs or personnel numbers.
  2. Specify the start date and the end date of the period for which you want to compare Employee Time with IT 2001.

Optionally, you can restrict the selection by specifying a range for field subtype of IT 2001.

Standard Variants

Output

The output consists of the following views:

  • ALV table: Each row corresponds to an entry of IT 2001. Double-click the line to access the details of the comparison per row.
  • Navigation tree with two main folders, one with the personnel numbers and one with EC user IDs. You can expand the subtrees to display the levels for subtype and time period. Select the link for a time period in the tree to display the comparison details for key consisting of time period with the personnel number and subtype of the parent nodes in the navigation tree.
  • You can switch between the views using the toggle button.
  • The comparison details show attribute differences in a table.
  • The detailed screen also displays results where Employee time is missing in Employee Central or data connection to Employee Central Payroll fails.
  • Proxy exits: Is filled when a proxy exists in the Employee Central.
