Purpose

Important note before executing the report – This report has been developed only for Product Support and is not generally available for customers.

You use this report to compare Employee Time Valuation Results stored in Employee Central and replicated to infotype 2010 in Employee Central Payroll in order to detect differences between both systems.

Integration

The program retrieves the Employee Time Valuation Result objects from Employee Central and applies the mapping logic used during the replication process to map the data to a structure of infotype IT 2010.
The comparison is then performed with the mapped data of Employee Time Valuation Result and with the stored replicated infotype data.

Prerequisites

Make sure that Employee Time Valuation Results are replicated to IT 2010, that is, entries are available in table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP. The selection of this report is based on table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP.

Features

Selection

  1. Specify user IDs or personnel numbers for whom Employee Time Valuation Results and IT 2010 are to be compared. Thereby, enter an explicit list of user IDs or personnel numbers. It is not possible to specify ranges of user IDs or personnel numbers.
  2. Specify the start date and the end date of the period for which you want to compare Employee Time Valuation Result with IT 2010.

Optionally, you can restrict the selection by specifying a range for field subtype of IT 2010.

Standard Variants

Output

The output consists of the following views:

  • ALV Table: Each row corresponds to an entry of IT 2010. Double-click the line to access the details of the comparison per row.
  • Navigation tree with two main folders, one with personnel numbers and one with Employee Central user IDs.
    You can expand the subtrees with levels for subtype and time period. Select the link for a time period in the tree to display the comparison details for key consisting of time period with the personnel number and subtype of the parent nodes in the navigation tree.
  • You can switch between the views using the toggle button.
  • The comparison details will show attribute differences in a table.
  • The details screen also displays results where Employee Time Valuation Result are missing in Employee Central or data connection to Employee Central fails.
  • Proxy exits: Is filled when a proxy exists in the Employee Central.
