Purpose

Important note before executing the report – This report has been developed only for Product Support and is not generally available for customers.

You use this report to compare Time Account Payouts stored in Employee Central and replicated to infotype 0416 in Employee Central Payroll in order to detect differences between both systems.

Integration

The program retrieves the Time Account Payout objects from Employee Central and applies the mapping logic used during the replication process to map the data to a structure of infotype IT 0416 and a structure of type PTQUODED. The comparison is then performed with the mapped data of Time Account Payout and with the stored replicated infotype data.

Prerequisites

Make sure that Time Account Payouts are replicated to IT 0416, that is, entries are available in table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP. The selection of this report is based on table HRSFEC_D_REFMAP.

Selection

  1. Specify user IDs or personnel numbers for whom Time Accounts and IT 2006 are to be compared. Thereby, enter an explicit list of user IDs or personnel numbers. It is not possible to specify ranges of user IDs or personnel numbers.
  2. Specify the start date and the end date of the period for which you want to compare Time Account Payouts with IT 0416.

Standard Variants

Output

The output consists of the following views:

  • ALV table: Each row corresponds to an entry in IT 0416. Double-click the line to access the details of the comparison per row.
  • Navigation Tree with two main folders, one with personnel numbers and one with EC user IDs.
    You can expand all levels of subtrees for subtype and time period. Select the link for a time period to display the comparison details for key consisting of time period with the personnel number and subtype of the parent nodes in the navigation tree.
  • You can switch between the views using the toggle button.
  • The comparison details show attribute differences in a table.
  • The details screen also displays results like missing Time Account Payout in Employee Central or failed data connection to Employee Central.
  • Proxy exits: Is filled when a proxy exists in the Employee Central.
