RP_PAYDE_EHVM_CREATE_NOTIFS - Create Earnings Survey Notifications

Purpose
You can use this report to create notifications for submitting the earnings survey (EVAS 62361) to the eSTATISTIK.core survey portal.
The earnings survey has to be carried out by a representative selection of employers which changes at regular intervals. It is a sample survey, i.e. only selected companies have to conduct it.
The statistical data comprises general information about the company as well as an employee list with the personal indicator, information on earnings in the relevant month.

Prerequisites
Customizing must be set up in accordance with the IMG. More information about the set up can be found in the relevant documentation (Payroll: Germany -> Reporting and Statistics -> Earnings Survey).
Features
The report creates earnings survey notifications for each report unit ID.
Selection
You specify the month for which the survey should be carried out in the Payroll Period group box. The payroll for this month must have been already executed, i.e. payroll results for the relevant month must be available.
You can make the following settings in group box Program Control:
- Specify if the log should be issued with or without personnel data (Short Log or Log with Personnel Data).
- Select the Database Update checkbox if you want to start the report in the update run. The database tables are then updated.
If this checkbox has not been selected (test run), all processing steps in the report are performed and logged, but the database tables are not updated.
Output
In general, the report processes the payroll results from the point of view of the relevant month. If retroactive accounting changes a period in the past, the notification that was transferred at that time is not generally reported again. Differences compared to previous months resulting from retroactive accounting are determined in the month of the survey and added to the amounts determined this month. For this reason, you should not restart the report for a period in the past. If you restart the report for a past period, retroactive accounting for this period from a later period is ignored.
The survey data is summarized in the form of notifications and sorted according to companies with a reporting obligation (subapplication Earnings Survey (EHVM)).
New notifications and incorrect notifications are displayed in the processing log. These notifications receive the company data and personnel data determined if you have selected Log with Personnel Data in the program control.
The statistics consist of information from the personnel numbers to be processed and notifications created.
Activities
You can record the following exceptions in infotype Statistics (0033):
- 0003, Member of Executive Board: Assigned to person group 900.
- 0004, Managing Director: Assigned to person group 900.
- 0014, Not relevant for the earnings survey: Excluded from the earnings survey.
- 0018, Executive employee: Assigned to person group 900.
