Purpose

Display and processing of rvBEA FORMS notifications. You can use this report to display the following notifications:

  • Request in the notification procedure rvBEA FORMS (data record DXAR)
  • Response in the notification procedure rvBEA FORMS (data record DXEB)
  • Error confirmation in the notification procedure rvBEA FORMS

Integration

The report is used in the process for the rvBEA FORMS notification procedure.

Prerequisites

Features

You can select and process notifications that require manual postprocessing by the administrator.

You can document the processing of a notification by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a relevant pushbutton. This changes the status of the notifications in the database. These status changes are usually the prerequisite for the automatic further processing of the notification.

Selection

Group box Time-Based Selection of Notifications

You use the following parameters to restrict the selection of notifications:

  • Without time restriction
All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.
  • Run identification
The system selects only notifications with the specified run identification (date, time).

Function Selection group box

This is where you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.

You can also specify whether notifications without a personnel number assignment are to be displayed. This also includes notifications set to the status Received.

Here, you can restrict the selection to the display of specific request reasons.

Overview List

The selected notifications are initially displayed in an overview list. In this overview list, to make the required status changes, select the notifications and choose the relevant pushbutton.

An action or status change is only performed if it is permitted for all selected notifications. After you choose the pushbutton, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. For changed notifications, this is indicated by a yellow symbol in the column Processing Status. To save the changes permanently to the database, choose Save. Saved changes are shown in the list with a green icon.

Details Screen

If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click it to see the detailed display.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

  • Display of available request notification
  • Display of associated response notification
  • Display of associated additional information, if applicable
  • Display of associated error message, if applicable

The view of the individual notifications contains:

  • Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields

  • Display of status history

All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
