Purpose

You use this program for the destruction of data using the archiving object HR: Communication (HRPA_CMNTN).

You use the write program to transfer the communication data selected in the preprocessing program RP_PA_COMMUNICATION_PRE to an archive file temporarily so that you can then use the delete program RP_PA_COMMUNICATION_DEL to destroy this communication data.

No data is deleted from the database during the write phase.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You are familiar with the archiving object HRPA_CMNTN.
  • The preprocessing program RP_PA_COMMUNICATION_PRE has selected the communication data to be destroyed and has generated a run ID.
