RP_PA_EXTRNLORGANISATION_PRE - Destroy: Preprocessing Program for External Organizations (HRPA_EXORG)

Purpose
You use this program for the destruction of data using the archiving object HR: External Organizations(HRPA_EXORG).
You use the preprocessing program to select data on an external organization that is a beneficiary of a benefit plan to be destroyed. For preprocessing for the destruction of data, the program generates a run ID that is used in the related write program RP_PA_EXTRNLORGANISATION_WRI to write the data that is to be destroyed to a temporary archive file.
No data is deleted from the database during the preprocessing phase.
Prerequisites
You are familiar with the archiving object HRPA_EXORG.
