Purpose

You use this program for the destruction of data using the archiving object HR: External Organizations(HRPA_EXORG).

You use the write program to transfer the data on an external organization that is a beneficiary of a benefit plan selected in the preprocessing program RP_PA_EXTRNLORGANISATION_PRE to an archive file temporarily so that you can then use the delete program RP_PA_EXTRNLORGANISATION_DEL to destroy this data.

No data is deleted from the database during the write phase.

Prerequisites

  • You are familiar with the archiving object HRPA_EXORG.
  • The preprocessing program RP_PA_EXTRNLORGANISATION_PRE has selected the data on external organizations to be destroyed and has generated a run ID.
