Purpose

You use this program for the destruction of data using the archiving object HR: Management of Global Employees (HRPA_MGE).

You use the preprocessing program to select the Management of Global Employees data to be destroyed. For preprocessing for the destruction of data, the program generates a run ID that is used in the related write program RP_PA_MGE_WRI to write the data that is to be destroyed to a temporary archive file.

No data is deleted from the database during the preprocessing phase.

Prerequisites

You are familiar with the archiving object HRPA_MGE.
