RP_PSPDBR_APPRAISAL_ST_VIEW - Appraisal status

Purpose
The Brazilian law defines that every public servant appointed for effective service is subject to a probation period (”estágio probatório” in Portuguese) after he or she joins the public service.
From a system perspective, the probation period is divided into appraisal periods, and each public sector agency can create appraisal templates to make it easier to create the appraisal documents.
This report displays the status of probation period appraisals, and is meant as a tool for the HR administrator in charge of appraisals.
Integration
To generate appraisal documents, execute the Appraisal period report separately, using transaction PC00_M37_PBS_APPR_M, or as a step within transaction PHAP_PREPARE (Prepare appraisal documents).
Prerequisites
- You have created appraisal templates using transaction PHAP_CATALOG (Appraisal Template Catalog).
- The templates must have category Probation period, and on the Processing tab page, the Action Log must be activated.
- You have made the required settings in the following Customizing activities:
Features
The report reads the settings you have made for the appraisal periods, as decribed in the Prerequisites section of this document.
The report compares this information to the existing public servant appraisal documents, and returns a list of appraisals with their respective status.

- The report does not trigger workflow, and it does not send notifications to the appraisers.
