Description

You can use this program to create a new sample drawing with material samples for an inspection lot, an order, or a production version, and can process the new sample drawing in order to release the samples.

In addition, you can extend the results recording worklist to include these new samples, by setting the indicator "Create inspection points" on the initial screen.

If you do not enter an operation, an inspection point is created for each operation in every new sample. If you select an operation, inspection points are only created for this operation.

Requirements

  • No usage decision may be made for the inspection lot, which you either chose directly as a reference, or found using the order number or production version.
  • The inspection lot supports the inspection of material samples. This is controlled using the inspection point type for the inspection point that you have maintained in the task list header.

Output

The program generates a configurable list of the samples that were created. You can prevent the list being displayed by setting the indicator "No log display" on the initial screen. In addition, the number of samples and the corresponding sample-drawing number is also displayed in the list header. If you chose the test mode on the selection screen, this information also appears in the list header. In this case, the samples and the sample drawing or inspection points for results recording are not created.

The list contains the following functions:

  • Processing the sample drawing to release the samples created.
