RREGCH_PLAN_QUANT_CHECK - Substance Volume Tracking: Checking of Planned Quantities

Purpose

This program checks whether invalid data records for planned quantities exist in the system, and deletes any that do.

Integration

The system saves the planned quantities in substance volume tracking with reference to a source. Sources are logistical data, such as order numbers or document numbers of purchasing and sales documents. However, some logistical data, such as purchase requisitions, can be deleted immediately, so that the reference to the source disappears. This makes the entry with the invalid reference obsolete, so it must be deleted.

Selection

On the selection screen, you enter a regulation. You can also enter the scenario, to restrict the documents to be checked.

The program selects the corresponding existing data for planned quantities. It checks the data for consistency and deletes any inconsistent data records.

Standard Variants

Output

If the program runs in the foreground, it issues a dialog box containing information about the deletion transaction.

This information is also written to the application log for object 'EHSVT' (subobject 'OFFLINE').
