RSBDC_ARCHIVE - Archiving Batch Input Logs Using ADK

Title

Description

This program is used to archive the batch input logs for sessions with status "Processed".

The program is integrated in the Archive Development Kit (ADK). To start archive administration, use transaction SARA. You can also call the tool using transaction SM35P.

Integration

Two programs enhance the archiving activities: RSBDC_ARCHREAD to read the logs, and RSBDC_ARCHDEL to delete the logs from SM35P after they are archived.

Prerequisites

The archive object for batch input logs is BDCLOGPROD.

The default logical path for the file is ARCHIVE_BI_PROTOCOL_PATH.You can change the path and file name.
