Description
The report RSCP0018 runs on all application servers and creates warning lists when it detects that profile values responsible for character and text processing may be suspicious. The report outputs a list comparing the profile values checked.
Parameters
Application server names are usually constructed as follows:
If you select "Also non-std appl. servers?", the system also queries the RFC targets that are named differently but are registered as application servers.
There may be situations in which you know that certain application servers are not going to answer RFC requests. (Examples: debugging, or only long running background processes). In these cases, you can enter up to six application servers in the exception list. The system does not query these application servers.
If you think some application servers may not answer, but you do not know their names, you should keep an additional session open and start RSCP0018. RSCP0018 reports the names of the application servers being queried. If RSCP0018 freezes, you can open other sessions and restart RSCP0018. Then enter the names of these application servers in the exception list.
