RSEREP12 - Change Release 40C to 45A for IDoc types and messages.

Description

The program changes release 40C to 45A for basis IDoc types and for the allocation, the logical messages to IDoc types. The changed table entries are put in a transport request, if it concerns segment types, which are assigned a development class with transport link. In order to transport allocation of logical message types, the table entries (table EDIMSG) must be manually entered into the transport request.
