Title

Appointment Reorganization Program for Object Calendars

Purpose

This report deletes all appointments of a certain object type. Group appointments remain. Only the calendar entries (participant appointments) are deleted.

Appointments that belong to an SAP application are checked beforehand by the application. Provided the application does not release its appointments explicitly for reorganization, they are not deleted.

You can deactivate this check option using the "Ask Application" indicator. These appointments are then deleted without query!
