RSTLITER - Search for Text Element Literals

Description

This program is the interface to functionmodule RS_LITERAL_LIST. It is
called in ABAP/4 text maintenance by Compare text symbols.
As there are no enqueues or authorization checks in RSTLITER - the
RS_ACCESS_PERMISSION function module must be carried out in the program
calling the function module, for example, RSAGLSYM - RSTLITER may not
be executed as a "stand-alone" program.
