RSUID_REMOVE_FALSE_BP_ASGN - Delete Invalid Business Partner Assignments

Purpose
You use this report to delete invalid or incorrect assignments of users to business partners.
Only delete these assignments if they were made incorrectly, for example as the result of a typing error. If application documents have already been created with this incorrectly assigned business partner, we strongly advise against deleting the link in order to facilitate auditing.
Integration
Prerequisites
If HR integration is active in your system, you first have to delete the user and employee link in your HR system.
Features
Selection
In the standard selection, select the users that you want to process. You can also select the users via their business partner selection.
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays all users whose assignment to the business partner can be deleted. Select the users that you want to edit. Use the Convert function and choose one of the following options:
- The user is converted to a user with a classic address. The address is created empty. Only the last name is filled, with the user name.
- The user is converted to a technical user without address data.
In both cases, the address data of the user is lost.
