Purpose

Use this program for:

• the critical combination variant

• critical combinations

• the critical authorization variant

• the critical authorizations

in order to export them to an

• Excel

• text

• or JavaScriipt object notation

file, and to import the data from these files into an SAP system.

To use this report, display authorizations (to display and download the data) and change authorizations (to upload the data) are required.

To ensure the correct data format, we recommend exporting the data with the required format, adapting it and only then importing it.

Before every download and upload, there is a consistency check. To avoid inconsistencies however, we advise you to always check yourself that the file is correct. For the data to be imported into the SAP system, the file must contains all tables relevant for an object.

Integration

Upload of critical objects from a file:

You can use this function to upload a prepared assignment table. You choose the file name either in the selection screen or in the next screen using the ‘Upload’ function.

Structure of the Excel file:

Depending on the table, a data record can comprise the following columns:

Every data field should be defined in a column.

Every data record is defined in a row.

When uploading the file, select the appropriate code page, so that special characters are displayed.

Structure of the Text file:

Structure of the JSON file:

For every table, a data record should end with { begin and with }. The table name beings and ends with straight double quotation marks ("). These are followed by a colon (:), [ and {. Now comes the field name with double quotation marks ("). Every field name and colon (:) is followed by the values, which must also have double quotation marks ("). The field names are separated from one another by commas (,). The data records are also separated from one another by commas (,) and end with }. The data records for a table end with ].

• Show data:

Before downloading, you can view the tables for the data to be exported.

• Download to file:

The content of the corresponding objects (depending on the file format) is exported. Before the data is exported, a consistency check is performed. If the data is consistent, it is exported to the selected file format.

• Upload from file:

Depending on the file format, the data is uploaded to the SAP system. Before the data is imported, a consistency check is performed. If the content of the data is consistent, the corresponding tables are displayed together with the content. From here, you can start the data import by pressing "Upload (ctrl+F2)".
