RSUSR_USER_AUTH_FOR_OBJ_GET - Report for Testing Function Module SUSR_USER_AUTH_FOR_OBJ_GET

Purpose

This report is intended for support in user administration and is therefore protected for this with minimal authorizations.

It can be used to check the results of function module SUSR_USER_AUTH_FOR_OBJ_GET. Variable entry of the transport parameters is supported.

Integration

The report is also embedded in transaction SEC_SUPPORT (report RSUSR_SEC_SUPPORT) under ‘Authorization Management'.

Selection

• User to Be Checked
  Enter the name of the user who authorization data you would like to analyze.

• Authorization Object
  You have to specify an authorization object for which you would like to analyze the user's authorization data.

• Optimize Authorizations?
  The identified authorizations that the user has are summarized as far as possible before the result is displayed. Summarized authorizations are given a generated authorization name.

• Check Object Deactivation?
  If this option is selected, the system checks whether the authorization object has been deactivated throughout the system before performing the analysis.

• Filter Entry
  In this dialog, enter filter data to filter the user’s authorization data by. Filtering is normally carried out before the authorization data is optimized.

Activities

This is simple read-only access to a user’s authorization data.
