RSWWWIM - Execute actions on work items

Purpose
This report implements the workflow system job SAP_WORKFLOW_WIM_ACTION. The system job SAP_WORKFLOW_WIM_ACTION runs in each client. He executes asynchronous actionw on work items. These actions are
- Release work items
- Inform administrator if a workflow instance is set into status ERROR
- Determine database footprint for final workflow instances
Integration
The job is started if the batch event SAP_BWF_WIM_ACTION is raised. The workflow system job SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM which runs time based with a recurrence of one minute is responsible to raise the batch event. SAP_WORKFLOW_SYSTEM checks if the status every 180 seconds.
Prerequisites
- The job repository is configured and active
- The last run was executed 180 seconds ago.

Selection
The whole workflow database is checked in the current client.
Standard Variants
Report has no variants.
Output
Application log is used. Please use transaction SLG1 with object '/WF/JOBS' and subobject 'WIM_ACTION'.
