Purpose

The report RS_ICF_SERV_ADMIN_TASKS provides you with the option of executing actions for services of the Internet Communication Framework (ICF). For example, you can get an overview of the most recently called HTTP services and save this data for further processing in local files in CSV format. You can use this data in a second step - for example, for mass activation or deactivation of certain services.

Features

"Extraction of HTTP Trace ON" has the effect that the system - based on statistics log records - determines HTTP service data that was called in the system within a specified time period (and within a specified minimum number of calls). The data is saved in a HTTP log table. Keep in mind that this data detection takes place on an hourly basis. This means that there can be a corresponding time delay after successful activation of the trace.

Note: Entries in the HTTP log table that are older than 90 days are deleted automatically.

"Extraction of HTTP Trace Off" has the effect that no data is written to the HTTP log table.

"Delete HTTP Trace Table" has the effect that data already stored from previous runs is completely deleted. As soon as this function is executed, this data is permanently lost.

"Write Trace to CSV File" has the effect that calls logged by the system are written to a local CSV file in accordance with the specified input parameters for days and hours (time period) and minimum number of calls. This can serve as the basis for further evaluations or follow-up actions.

Note: Keep in mind that when you open the files with standard table calculation programs implicit data formats can possibly be changed. After storage, values with leading zeroes, for example, are changed (the value 003 will become 3).

"Export Active Services to CSV" determines all active HTTP services in the system and writes the result to a CSV file.

"Export Inactive Services to CSV" determines all inactive HTTP services in the system and writes the result to a CSV file.
