Purpose

Add CDS information to nametab (associations, parameters) of CDS extends, hierarchies and table functions.

No further activities necessary. The report can be restarted any time.

An upgrade error is written in case the DDNTT Native SQL access fails.

This should normally never happen. In case such an error occurs it needs to be investigated in detail.
