RUT_INDEX_CLEANUP_INHOUSE_XPRA - XPRA to change primary index names to ~0

Purpose

Rename primary index to valid index naming convention.

Selection

The XPRA finds all DDIC tables where the primary key name does not match the canonical name ~0. Especially the _SYS* indexes (like _SYS_TREE_CS_#1000400_#0_#P0) are handled.
