Description

Conditions: Archiving condition records (Reload database)

The following programs have been created for archiving:

  1. RV130001:
Creates archiving objects in an archive
Program documentation
  1. RV130002:
Deletes physically database entries for which archiving objects have been created using RV130001.
Program documentation
  1. RV130003:
Option to reload into the database archiving objects which have been created by RV130001 and physically deleted by RV130002.

The reloading program should be considered as an emergency program for reloading into the database condition records which have been archived by mistake. It should be run shortly after archiving has taken place. If changes have been made to the database in the meantime which mean that the condition record to be reloaded cannot be retrieved completely without time overlaps, processing is terminated for this archiving object. The object is stored in a new archive file. Processing continues for the next object.

The program can only be started manually using the transaction 'SARA'. It can also be called using SE38.

You have the following options:

  • Test run:
If set, no objects are inserted into the database.
  • Archive file:
If no file is specified, the system highlights all archive files which can be reloaded.
  • Detailed log:
If set, all data records which should be reloaded into the database are displayed.

Requirements

Archive files for which entries have already been deleted physically must exist for the archiving object 'SD_COND'.

Output
