Description
This program simulates an embargo check for a partner. The check is part of automatic export control in the system.
If you do not enter a destination country, the system copies the home country from the customer master for the partner as the destination country and, using entries in the object for export control situations in the destination country, specifies whether there is an embargo for this country.
If no date is specified, the system checks all entries available for the destination country.
Requirements
You must first maintain the object for export control situations in the destination country.
Output
The system issues a hierarchically structured log which contains the
check results:
- Red light icon
An embargo exists: No export to this country allowed.
- Yellow light icon
The system cannot determine whether an embargo exists. This occurs, for example, if there are no entries for the country or if several entries are maintained, at least one of which places an embargo on the country.
- Green light icon
No embargo exists: Exports are allowed to this country from the point of view of embargos.
