RVHURL007 - Archiving for account postings: Delete application data

Description

This report deletes account postings (header/item data) from the tables RLACPOHD and RLACPOIT. If you execute the report with the test run variant, no application data is deleted: the process is simulative.

Prerequisites

One or more archive files must have been created using report RVHURL005 (archiving of account postings: create archive file). The system uses the archive files to delete application data from tables.

Output

A processing log gives information on the amount and volume of deleted postings. A more detailed log lists the postings deleted.

The application data is deleted and is now available for evaluation via the archive file in the SAP Archive Information System.
