RVHURL011 - Archiving for account statements: Delete application data

Description

This report deletes account statements (header/transaction data) from tables RLACSTHDand RLACSTIT, change document data (header/item data) from tables CDHDRand CDPOS ,and message status records from table NAST. If you execute the report with the test run variant, no application data is deleted; the process is simulative.

Prerequisites

One or more archive files must have been created using the report RVHURL009 (archiving of account statements: create archive file). The system uses archive files to delete the application data from tables.

Output

A processing log gives details on the amount and volumes of the deleted account statements. A more detailed log lists the specific statements deleted.

After the application data has been deleted, it is available via the archive file for evaluations using the SAP Archive Information System.

The system deletes change document data using the function modules from the archiving class CHANGEDOCU. No entries can be made on the amount of data records archived from this class.
