RWB2R_VENDOR_SETTL_UNPLANNED - Unplanned Settlement of Supplier Condition Contracts

Purpose

You use this program to generate settlement documents for the supplier settlement of condition contracts for unplanned settlement dates. This means that if the settlement date specified does not exist in the condition contract, it will be added as part of the settlement.

For each selected condition contract, single settlement requests are created as settlement documents in Settlement Management.

How many settlement documents are created depends on the header split criteria defined in Customizing.

Integration

Prerequisites

Only condition contract types with condition contract settlement type Supplier Contract Settlement are processed with this program. Each condition contract settlement type has its own settlement program.

Condition contracts with settlement type supplier No automatic Settlement are not selected.

The generation of unplanned settlement dates needs to be allowed in the customizing of the contract type.

The messages are saved in the application log under object W_CCS and subobject SETTLEMENT with the condition contract number as external ID.
