Purpose

Using this report, you can automatically adjust Settlement Management documents for condition changes.

Requirements

• For automatic document adjustment, you must make the appropriate settings in Customizing. The system logs all relevant Settlement Management documents and can thus determine all affected documents in the event of a condition change.

• You can only process Settlement Management documents for which no accounting or reversal documents exist.

Features

The system determines all Settlement Management documents for the document category that are to be adjusted for condition changes.

The system checks if condition changes exist and carries out corresponding changes to the price determination data. Once the program run has been run, you receive a log containing any messages that have occurred.

You can define the type of automatic changes to the documents using the price determination type. For more information, see the entry help for the "Price Determination Type" field.

Once the document adjustments have been carried out, the entire worklist is deleted no matter which condition changes and documents have been processed in the programm run. With the next programm run, all condition changes that were contained in the worklist count as completed and they cannot be processed again.

Note: The indicator can also be deactivated so that the worklist remains intact.

The condition updating is normally to be scheduled in the background. It is carried out as parallel processing for multiple processes. You can use the server group to restrict the work processes to be used. You can also define what percentage of the work processes available at program start are to be used.

The package size determines how many documents can simultaneously be processed and posted. Depending on system and document size, the ideal value can be greater or less than the default value.
