Purpose

The program lists Settlement Management documents that are created from Transportation Management using a logical database. You can choose from a number of output options.

Prerequisites

Features

You have several choices to display the output. In general, you can decide between output on header level, or on header level and item level. If you select the combined output, the system will provide a combined list of header data and item data.

You can define how the system has to handle different invoice categories with respect to the sign of value and quantity fields.

You can choose whether the system provides additional features for list processing to create, for example, accounting documents.

Selection

Besides the standard selection options, you can use the logical database to define additional selection options that the system has to take into account.
