RWRF_DISPRO_DB_DF_REORG - Reorganize Default Values of Time-Dependent Promotion Data

Purpose

You can use this report to delete obsolete records of default values data in SAP ERP.

When you execute this report, the system first asks you to confirm that you want to continue with the deletion. If you confirm, the system then deletes all records for a specific material if the material in question is no longer present in the material master data (database table MARA). It also deletes all records for a specific material/plant combination if it is no longer present in the material master data (database table MARC).

Note that the system considers the setting of the Display Error List checkbox only when running the report in online (dialog) mode. Therefore, if you run the report in a background job and wish to have the system log the results, you must select the Write Application Log checkbox. If you run the report in the background and only select the Display Error List checkbox (but not the Write Application Logcheckbox), no results will be logged at all.

Selection

You can use the selection criteria in the following way:

• Material

Here, you can specify the materials for which you want to delete all records belonging to the material itself and to any related promotion type/material, material/plant, or promotion type/material/plant combinations if the materials concerned do not exist in the database table MARA.

• Plant

Here, you can specify the plants for which you want to delete all records belonging to the related material/plant or promotion type/material/plant combinations if the plants concerned do not exist in the database table MARC.

If you use both of these selection criteria, the report deletes only data that matches entries in both criteria.
