R_ALE_INTERNALORDER_SEND - Distribute internal order using ALE

Description
Program for targeted sending of one or more internal orders (order categories 01 and 02) from the master system to one or more receiver systems using ALE.
To send internal orders, you need to specify a controlling area as a selection criteria. Additonally you can narrow down the selection further, by using a combination of order and order category, or a selection variant.
To improve performance, you should narrow down the selection to as few orders as possible. Should you need to process a large amount of orders, start the program in the background.
As a receiver system, you can
- Choose a particular logical system, or
- Determine the receiver system using the partner profiles and filter criteria in ALE customizing. The system then sends the internal orders to all of the systems specified there.
- To do this, choose "Determine receiver system according to ALE customizing".
When you create or change internal orders, the system sends them directly to the preset receiver systems using ALE (providing the order does not have the "Created" status). Only use the program to
- Correct an erroneous entry in the receiver system.
- To distribute a new preset receiver system in ALE customizing at a later time.
Output
The system provides you with a list of the following information:
- Number of selected orders
- Number of successfully processed orders
- Number of incorrect orders
- Per order: messages occurred.
- Click on a message to see the long text.
