Purpose

You can use this report to check Customizing requests and tasks for entries that should have a corresponding entry in ERP for Utilities or SAP S/4HANA Utilities.

The report also generates a list of tables that should contain entries that are relevant for replication in ERP or S/4HANA.

Integration

ERP for Utilities or SAP S/4HANA Utilities

You can also set up the checks to be performed when Customizing tasks are released. To do this, activate the BAdI implementation CRM_ISU_CUSTCHK.

Prerequisites

You are also running ERP for Utilities or SAP S/4HANA Utilities.

You have defined the RFC destination for the ERP or S/4HANA system.

You have authorization to display Customizing transport requests.

Features

Selection

Request/Task: Number of a Customizing request or Customizing task to be checked.

Save Application Log: If you select this checkbox, the messages are not only displayed, but are also saved to the application log.

One Message per Table: If you select this checkbox, only one message is displayed for each table. The system displays '*' as the key.

Simulation: Ignore Request: If you select this checkbox, you do not need to specify a request. A message is then generated for each active entry in CRM_ISUS_CUSTCHK or CRM_ISUC_CUSTCHK.

Standard Variants

Output

The following information is displayed:

  • Name of the maintenance view used to process the entries in the local system
  • Name of the maintenance view used to process the corresponding table
  • Checkbox indicating whether the corresponding table is found in the ERP or S/4HANA system or is available locally ('X')
  • Message in the application log format

You can display or edit the tables by double-clicking directly on the view names in the respective system.

Effects on Customizing

Entries for tables that are compiled in CRM_ISUS_CUSTCHK are checked as standard. You can make additional or alternative entries in CRM_ISUC_CUSTCHK.

Activities

Check whether the corresponding entries are missing.
