Purpose

The R_DPR_PRO_TYPE_XPRA_400 XPRA fills the USE_PHASES field that was created for Release 3.10, in the Customizing table DPR_PRO_TYPE.

This field helps to restrict the number of phases created, depending on the project type.

The field is set in such a way for the existing project types that phases can still be created for 4.00.
