Purpose

You use this report to implement the standard setup for assigning roles to tasks in Environment, Health and Safety.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have set up the workflow system in the Customizing activity Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing for Foundation for EHS.

You have assigned the roles used in this report to the required users in the transaction PFCG.

Note: To maintain roles in PFCG, you require authorization object S_USER_AGR for user roles. You use the role name (for example, SAP_EHSM_HSS_ENVMGR) and the activity 02 and 03 (modify and show).

Features

When you execute the report, the system makes the following settings:

• Assign the specified roles to the workflow standard tasks that are used in the processes of incident management.

The assignment of a role to a standard task means that it is possible for every system user with this role to receive tasks that are based on the standard task.

• Sets the tasks to General.

It is possible for every system user to receive these tasks.

Activities

To implement the standard setup and automatically assign the roles, run this report once after setting up the workflow system.

Further information

You can assign roles manually to tasks by opening each task in transaction PFTC_CHG.
