R_EHFND_CHEM_PROP_MIGRATION - Migrate Chemical Properties to Chemical/Physical Properties

Purpose
You can use this report to migrate the chemical properties defined in Customizing activity Specify Chemical Properties to the chemical/physical property business object content. This includes migration of the usages of the chemical property codes to the chemical/physical property content keys and migration of the physical parameter that was used before to the new chemical/physical properties.
The chemical properties are migrated for a selected language. The report can be run again to migrate the chemical properties for another language.
Prerequisites
Authorization rights to maintain the Compliance Requirementobject are required as a prerequisite to allow running the report.

Selection
- Language of the new property - Language which that is used for the current migration.
- Execute for current client - Run the migration only for the current client.
- Execute for all clients - Run the migration for all clients.
- Run in test mode - Run the report only in check mode (no save is performed).

Output
The tables of the old Physical Parameterbusiness object EHFNDD_PHPR_ROOTand EHFND_PHPR_NAMEare migrated to the new Chemical/Physical Propertybusiness object tables EHFND_PHPR_RTand EHFND_PHPR_NM.
The tables EHFNDC_CHEM_PRand EHFNDC_CHEM_PR_Tbelonging to the old Customizing activity Environment, Health and Safety\Environment Management\Mater Data Configuration\Specify Chemical Propertiesare migrated to the new Chemical/Physical Propertybusiness object. This includes migration of the customized chemical property codes to instance keys of the Chemical/Physical Propertybusiness object.
All usages of the activity codes defined in Customizing for the old chemical properties are updated with the newly created (as a result of the migration) chemical/physical business object instance keys.
Success or error messages are displayed at the end of the migration process.

Example 1 (test mode):
Language of the New property EN
Execute for current client checked
Execute for all clients not checked
Run in test mode (no save) checked
,,Running the report with these parameters performs a migration of the chemical properties to chemical/physical properties in English only for the current client. No save is performed, only success and error messages are displayed.
Example 2 (productive mode):
Language of the New property DE
Execute for current client not checked
Execute for all clients checked
Run in test mode (no save) not checked
,,Running the report with these parameters performs a migration of the chemical properties to chemical/physical properties in German for all existing clients. The migrated properties are persisted (saved).
