R_EHFND_LISU_MIGRATION - Migration Report for Listed Substances

Purpose

You use this XPRA to transfer listed substances to an updated data table for a single source of listed substance data. This report is automatically executed after an upgrade or conversion to SAP S/4HANA 1610. Alternatively, you can run this report manually to update listed substance data after an upgrade. You can restart this report if it terminates due to technical issues.

Test Mode. If you choose this checkbox, the system runs a simulated migration without actual transfer of data.

Standard Variants

Output

The report carries out the following steps:

1. Transfer of customer-created listed substances. The system imports listed substances with customer-specific identifier numbers (Y-numbers) that were first recorded in the root table EHFNDD_LISU_ROOT to the updated table EHFNDD_LISU_RT.
2. Transfer of listed substances as regulatory content. The system imports listed substances that are part of the regulatory content (L-numbers) that were delivered in the root table EHFNDD_LISU_ROOT to the updated table EHFNDD_LISU_RT.

Activities

Run this report after every import of listed substance data.

This report executes several internal steps for the migration of listed substances from the data table EHFNDD_LISU_ROOT to the updated table EHFNDD_LISU_RT.
