R_EHFND_PC_PHRASE_LOAD - Import of phrases from content storage into the database

Purpose

The program is used to import phrases from a file in the MIME repository into the database.

Integration

The program is carried out without user interaction in the technical job SAP_EHFND_PC_PHRASE_LOAD, which is scheduled regularly.

Prerequisites

The program is scheduled every two hours if Product Compliance is active in the system and the file in the MIME repository has changed since the last import.

Features

The idea of Phrase Management is to provide standardized texts, called phrases, to consumers. These consumers could be, for example, applications that provide value help for specific fields, or document generation services that put texts in documents.

Selection

The program processes all phrases delivered by SAP and imports them into the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The program imports all phrases that were delivered by SAP into the database. The activities of the program are documented in the job log and the application log (Object: EHFND_CI and Subobject: ADMIN).
