Purpose

You use this report to delete the original data records once you have completed the archiving of the compliance requirement tasks stored in the I_EHSTASKDEFINITIONTP business object.

As part of the archiving, you only archive the tasks belonging to the selected compliance requirement. The compliance requirement business object itself is not included in the archive.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites need to be fulfilled before compliance requirement tasks can be archived:

  • The compliance requirement has tasks assigned.
  • All tasks have status Completedor Cancelled.
  • All task instances are Completedor Cancelled.
  • There are no incomplete planned tasks in the future.
  • The residence time is fulfilled.
